Paul Rudolph foundation

Between 2014 to 2016 I worked for Modulightor as their lighting designer and engineer. The company was founded by the esteemed architect Paul Rudolph based on his original designs and housed in the iconic midtown high rise Rudolph designed for the company. While there I had the pleasure of working on some his original designs improving their engineering and manufacturability as well as creating new designs in line with the companies aesthetic and clientele.

Trellis

Redesigned the Trellis to improve the construction and production of this low voltage fixture.

New design utilizing Modulightors extrusion based LED system.

Created new joints to allow customizable fixtures using Modulightor’s extrusion system.

Paul Rudolph Chair

Redesigned the joinery using 3d printing and casting to improve the structural integrity of this classic Rudolph chair.
