Legato

A modular lighting system I developed and engineered for Matter Made's 2018 Salone Del Mobile show.  The concept for this fixture was the work of Luca Nichetto, an inspiring designer from Italy . Our collaboration on this project allowed me interpret his vision and bring it to reality.  Employing advance custom Led technology I designed the fixture to be expandable up to 130 units (cones) on a single power source.  Still under development the Legato as seen below is intended to change forms, stack vertically, grow horizontally, making ideal for custom architectural projects.

Up / Down

Utilizing  connectors on the top and bottom of the cones they can be joined in either orientation to provide light up and down as needed.
